As awkward as she finds it to talk about herself (especially in the third person), Rachel deems it necessary in this informational day and age to give a little personal information. Born in the month of June, Rachel adheres strictly to her Gemini roots and thrives when wearing many (figurative and literal) hats. She has had no fewer than millions of different titles in her life (this list is not exhaustive):

tour manager, merchandiser, photographer, writer, booking agent, box office officianado, crafter, sewing maven, player of many instruments (master of none), volleyball ace, singer, cleaner, chef, health advice-giver, sister, daughter, music appreciator and list-maker.

She constantly dreams of days simpler, where letter-writing, tea-drinking, and conversating are focal points, not luxuries or gas-bagging for the unambitious. She believes dinner time should be the main social gathering of the day, with a one-hour minimum for enjoying one's meal. If given the choice, she will always choose baths, books, tequila, PJ Harvey, 'Tigermilk', her girlfriends, Earl Grey, film, sushi, and her Cuisinart.

She does not own a TV. This is not out of a sense of elitism, but simply because the constant flashing makes her feel like she is going to have a seizure. If there is a TV in a hotel room or a bar, she will watch it at the expense of conversation with those around her. She is crow-like, with a penchant for the shiny things in life - but her constant self-reproach forces her to withhold many of these things in lieu of a modest burger and margarita with her friends.

She loves run-on sentences and punctuating them inaccurately - with dashes; semi-colons; and elipses... Apparently she also really enjoys writing about herself so she is now cutting herself off.
