Two Silent (2024) is a continuation of my nightwalking work, made while I unknowingly struggled with addiction. 

For years, I have been a stealth contortionist—performing, achieving, and isolating as a means of hiding my psychological disintegration from loved ones, and worse, my conscious self. Night after night, I was trapped in anxious thought loops, walking and photographing the same streets by myself, and completely unaware these images were forming the cumulative document of my downward trajectory. 

My previous night walking series, CERTAIN GRASPING (2023), was a visual high—a love affair with a chemical. Two Silent is a waking nightmare, set right before freedom turns into free fall, and long after desire becomes craving.
